"When is the best time to go?"

The main tourist season is from November to April but two specific times are great fun. One is Christmas when festivals and parties abound and the other is Spring Break when, well, anything goes. Another way to look at it is if you have some special interests.
For example, maybe visit when the Jazz Festivals are on. Maybe you should be looking for discount fares and deals: usually towards the end or right at the beginning of the season.
Either way, let us know what you recommend, your favorite restaurant maybe or a special event you loved.
