We offer Commercial Solutions such as Curtain Wall Framing, Drywall Framing, Industrial Partitions, Drop in Modular Floor Systems, Floor Trusses and Roof Trusses.

We can provide Turn Key Building solutions as a general contractor if required and can manage any stage of your construction programme. Our structures are engineered to meet Miami Dade Florida Building Code which is the most respected building code in the world, with wind load requirements of 155mph. Light Gauge Steel performs extremelly well in both hurricane and earthquake testing. All our structures come with a full set of signed and sealed engineering calculations and drawings to meet local building code requirements. Our unique design methods allow our structures to be built up to 5 floors high using only light gauge steel building components. We design the full building using CAD design software integrated with computer controlled manufacturing rollformers. We then Prefabricate the building components in our manufacturing facility which are then delivered to site by road or sea. The buidings are designed to be able to be erected by semi-skilled labor forces with no previous experience of Light Gauge Steel. Our construction connection methods are kept simple with no need for specialist equipment. Easy to follow detailed connection drawings for every connection throughout the structure.
